Position Description

Peachey Hardwood Flooring, LLC is a national award-winning manufacturer of some of the highest quality, custom hardwood flooring, moulding and stair parts in the country.

We are seeking a Rough Mill Manager to manage daily production operations including: production standards, thruput & performance, coaching & meeting or exceeding production expectations.

Our rough mill operations consist of green lumber processing to air dried, rip/plane operations to produce ripped to width lumber and a high speed, state-of-the-art scanning & defecting operation.

Skills & Experience Required

REQUIRED: Minimum 3 years of experience as rough mill supervisor or manager

Strong working knowledge of hardwoods and the lumber industry

Ability to manage production to meet or exceed performance expectations

Must have experience managing a team of 5-15+ people including performance management, counseling, coaching & meeting quality standards

Must be comfortable and proficient with using Windows PC based computer systems

High school diploma

NHLA grading certification preferred

Salary & Benefits

$25-32/Hour ($50,000-65,000 annually)
