NHLA Board of Managers:
The President, Vice President, five Mission Leaders, directors and the directors –at-large constitute the Board of Managers.
The directors shall consist of at least eighteen but not more than thirty-six persons representing Active Members to be elected at each Annual Meeting to serve staggered three year terms.
The Officers: President and Vice President elected by a majority vote of those Active Members present and voting at an Annual Meeting convened in an even numbered year for a term of two years.
The President, Vice President and the most immediate and/or available Past President, and five mission leaders constitute the Executive Committee.
Mission Leaders serve staggered three-year terms and are appointed by the President. Each Mission Leader is assigned to coordinate the activities related to one of the four mission statements plus the administrative/organizational functions of NHLA.
The Board of Managers meets twice a year. The Board of Managers Fall Conference will be held on November 12-14, 2010, in Memphis, Tennessee.
