Time Limit for Quality Complaint

Question: How long does a company receiving a shipment of lumber have to report a difference in value from the invoiced amount? Answer: In the Sales Code it states that the lumber is to be inspected and measured by the receiving company and any differences reported to the shipper within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
