Cherry 1/8" Knot Clusters

Question: When grading cherry, I am hesitant to cut over the "Cat's Paw" clusters of pin knots for clear-face cuttings.  Each individual pin knot does not exceed 1/8 inch, but clustered together so tightly, the appearance is that of a knot larger than 1/8 inch.  Further, many of these boards have numerous clusters, giving the entire board a "dirty" look.  Can I cut over these clusters?
